About the Class

Himalaya Yoga combines traditional yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to promote physical health, mental clarity, and inner balance. This community-focused class is designed to help participants relax, build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.

Classes are conducted in a welcoming environment for all ages and abilities.

  • Day & Time: Every Sunday, 11am – 12am
